Your Honor, when you come to Les Latner's to get your teeth worked on, either cleaned or dental work like I'm getting a crown, they give you warm blankets and you can have cookies, but they don't give you a lot of cookies because sugar is not always great for your teeth. They take your blood pressure. No, I can say that I did not know I had high blood pressure until I came here to get my teeth cleaned. What did you call yourself? Dental hygienist? Since 2004. Was it Valerie? Yeah, that took my blood pressure and it was 189 over 198, something really, really high. They told me to go see my doctor, and that's when I found out I have high blood pressure. Today, my blood pressure is 131 over 89, but that's only because the elevator is broken. I had no water this day. So usually, from my exercise and changing my diet and taking my medicine, my blood pressure is 108 over 74, and now I will take my warm blanket, and look how discreet that I have my arm out of my jacket. See, they really care about you, even they'll throw a blanket on top of me. That is so progressive. Are you nice and tucked in? Yeah, I am. Okay. I hear on this nitrous that they can talk to you, but you have no recollection of what you talked about. Last time I'm here, I had an entire conversation about chicken. I was starving. All of my teeth are crowned, I mean, perfectly. And I think that it's a lot, I was here a long time, many, many hours, but I will tell you, Dr. Latner made the difficult situation of crowning all my teeth very comfortable. And it was, I'm not going to say it was a pleasant situation, but it was a good situation. And I didn't dread coming here and saying, oh, I've got to get this work done. And I just knew what needed to be done, and it was very comfortable. And, you know, I really, really have to say that meeting Dr. Latner and the work that he's done on my teeth is outstanding. And he is absolutely, I think, a magician, what he's accomplished in my teeth. I mean, my smile is absolutely perfect, and I'm just very, very happy.

So the staff is absolutely, there's been a lot of people during the years, but they all always have been very nice. It's like the family when you come in. And sometimes when you call up here, you always get a call back. It's been fabulous. It really has been the greatest experience, at least for me personally. Great dentist and a great man. But usually as soon as you open the door, there's always a friendly, they know your name, and they usually get you in. Eric is a wonderful dental assistant. I always recommend that he should go to a dental school himself. If your lips are chapped, he will put little Vaseline on your lips. It's really the care that is from everybody here. So it's really nice. We work hard to ensure our customers are happy and satisfied with the work we do for them. And we will work hard for you. So why wait? I interviewed three, actually four dentists, a couple in Burbank in the North Hollywood area and two out here on the west side who did cosmetic dentistry and actually Dr. Latner was the fourth one that I had interviewed. When I came into his office I was immediately comfortable, just immediately comfortable, and his demeanor and his manner is very, well of course he's so certified and credible it's wonderful, but he was just, I was at ease immediately. Well Dr. Latner was listening to me and he understood the scope of what I wanted to do and he was and the staff was wonderful and I really got a strong sense about it instinctively. I felt that he was the right one very, very quickly into the process and I was looking through a magazine one day and I saw a woman in an ad that was unrelated to teeth and she had a beautiful smile and her teeth were I think that they looked like I thought would look appropriate for me and I brought in the magazine, I brought in the page, I said Dr. Latner this is what I think my teeth should look like and that's what they look like and it worked it was amazing.

I found him on the internet. I did my research. I'm a person that before I go out on any extensive journey, whether it's purchasing a home, car, etc., I do my research on the internet and his name popped up. One session I remember in particular, it was an eight-hour session, non-stop, and it was to the point where I felt teary and they were very compassionate. They stopped. One of his assistants, his name is Eric, he even got teary with me and very compassionate, call and check on you. So it was a grueling process, but it was nothing that was going to stop me because I knew what I wanted. I was extremely happy, a little shocked with how I looked. I even liked the temporaries. They were so pretty. I was like, hey, these are cool. I can keep these, but it was a great feeling. It helped my inner me. I can smile now. I was very self-conscious.

I have had a great experience coming to Dr. Latner over the years. Like I said, 20 years. If I didn't like him, I wouldn't be coming here, obviously. Because I come from the Valley, so it's a bit of a haul for me. But, you know, it's worth it. It's worth it. I wouldn't trust my mouth to just anybody. I think he's done a great job. He's, you know, wonderful to work with. And I have nothing but praise, positive things for him. And everybody here. My wife was actually going here before we were married. And told me, you know, you ought to go see Dr. Latner because he's very much into the cosmetic dentistry and stuff. And so I came here and started talking to him and was impressed. You know, I like Dr. Latner very much. I like the office. The staff is great. And he's certified and all that stuff. And he's always been at the front of the pack in doing this kind of thing. The latest, the greatest, and all that. See, I just don't want to take my mouth anywhere. Even the neighbors. They go, my God, let me see your mouth. You know, those look great. And my sister, when I saw her from Arizona, she's like, wow, your teeth are amazing. So it's a huge difference. I mean, you should ask Dr. Latner to show the pictures from before. It would scare you.

Dr. Latner has been my dentist for over six years now, and I love him and his staff. His staff of dental hygienists and his dental assistants have been great. It's really a pleasure to, you know, to come to the dentist. I mean, not too many people can say that about the dentist. His technology is really state-of-the-art, and that's what I like about it. It makes, you know, the dental visits easy and just enjoyable. And I would recommend Dr. Latner to anybody. Actually, I feel more confident with my straighter teeth, my whiter teeth. I actually get my cleanings here with Dr. Latner, so I'm very happy. And, you know, it makes a big difference when you go out there and you're just confident about yourself and you have a bigger smile.
