Driving Directions – Los Angeles, CA

How to Find Us

From the North (San Fernando Valley): Take the Pico/Olympic exit of the 405 Fwy. Make a left onto Sawtelle and a second left onto Pico. Go under the 405 Fwy. Make a right onto Sepulveda Blvd. Go down about one mile (you will drive under the 10 Fwy.) We are the three-story, red brick building on your left, at the corner of National and Sepulveda (next to the Bank of America). Make a left-hand turn into the alley. Parking is under our building.

From the East (Downtown LA): Go west on the Santa Monica Fwy (the 10 Fwy.). Get off at the Overland Ave. exit. Do not get off at the National exit, as you will get lost. At the top of the off-ramp, go straight – this is National Blvd. We are about one mile down, on your right. As you approach Sepulveda Blvd., you will see a construction site on the right; make a right turn on Bentley Ave. (which is one block before Sepulveda) and a left turn into the alley. Go to the rear of the three-story, red brick building. That is our building.

From the South (LA Airport area and South Bay): Go north on the 405 Fwy to the National Blvd. exit (the last exit before the 10 Fwy). Make a right turn at the bottom of the off-ramp. We are in the three-story, red brick building on the northeast corner of National and Sepulveda. You can access parking from the alley at the rear of the building.

From the West (Santa Monica): On the Santa Monica Fwy (10 Fwy), take the Centinela Ave. exit. Make a left turn (you'll be on Pico) and a right onto Bundy. Take Bundy south to National and make a left turn. We are about three miles down (you'll pass under the 405 Fwy). We're at the corner of National and Sepulveda (on the left, in front of you at the intersection). Parking entry is from the alley behind the building.
